Polite message to get your facebook less crowds

A polite message:
Yes, I have controversial opinions, but I work hard to keep tension off my wall and to keep my wall calm and peaceful. As everyone knows I have a number of health issues and mywall is my refuge after discussions elsewhere, in the right spaces, where I fight hard for the issues that I believe in.Sometimes I do open a discussion when I feel up to it, but it will include a clear prompt to discuss. I will be asking for opinions. On that day, I am up for it. I feel well enough and I think it would be good to discuss it. The post will be in the form of a question specifically calling for discussion.

If I comment that I am tired and sad after a battle elsewhere on a controversial issue that is not permission for people who are supposed to be my friends to launch in a 24 hour aggressive discussion on that point. Where was the invitation to do that? There wasn't one.I had 24 hrs of people entering unsolicited opinions, being personally cornered and attacked.
I had come to my wall because I had been badly triggered elsewhere. Did I get friends? No. I wanted support, not with the issue, but with how I was feeling. If you can't respect that you will need to go.I had this exact issue with my veganism. I do not police on my wall. I discuss veganism elsewhere.I however was unable to post something like 'just had a lovely veggie meal' that I was proud I had made and in response anti-vegans saw that as an opening to start attacking and ranting and arguing with me. because I dared today I had eaten a veggie burger? One guy cornered me andranted for several hours, wouldn't stop. I wasn't a person. I was 'veganism'. he attacked a concept relentlessly forgetting I actually existed. You will see I get into hearty discussions elsewhere perhaps. That doesn't mean I want them here. You may hate what I believe in. I don't impose it on you on my wall, so don't impose your anger/derision/complaints onme here. If you can't cope with that, unfriend. If my passion for politicsis too annoying, unfollow.
I deleted my post because I realised it was not going to stop. if you want to discuss dreads and appropriation, go to a dreads and appropriation discussion, not the harmless post of a triggered and tired person who did not ask your opinion and did not impose her own.
